Ava Vanderstarren started acting at a young age in theatre productions in her school and community. In 2011, she attended Vancouver Film School's "Acting for Film and TV Program" and has since been working in the film industry.
She has appeared in an episode of the TV shows Supernatural, The Flash & The Magicians, multiple TV commercials, and won the Best Actress award at the POV Film Festival for her work in A Day with Sofia.
